At the start of the summer I took a short trip to Edinburgh. I'd been there before, but only in the depths of winter, when it was too cold and rainy for me to want to spend much time outdoors. I was mostly just running from tea shop to tea shop. I was excited to see the city in good weather and to have the leisure to take photos. Right now it's dark and cold outside again, and summer feels like a long time ago! So I thought it was a good time to review these shots, pick out some favourites, and remind myself that sunshine is a thing that exists.
